A woman who sustained a whiplash neck injury in a two-car collision in Cornwall has said that she may seek to claim compensation for the effects of the injury.
Like many whiplash neck injury car crash victims, the 43-year-old has been left complaining of persistent pain, headaches, dizziness and vomiting.
She told press that she had been travelling home from a local community action meeting when she was rear-ended by an "impatient" Honda driver.
She also said that she would be seeking to contact a personal injury solicitor with a view to making a no win, no fee claim for her whiplash neck injury.
"Like half a person," said the would-be claimant of how the car accident has left her feeling. In addition, the self-employed woman said that she has been unable to work full days, has been tired and has suffered persistent irritability.
