Woman involved in car crash seeks compensation for injuries
A woman from China has launched a car accident compensation claim after suffering severe personal injuries in a multi-vehicle crash.
The woman claims that in June 2011 another vehicle drove into the back of her causing her to then crash into the car in front.
The accident left her with personal injuries to her neck, back, shoulder and foot, which resulted in high medical costs and a loss of earnings.
The claimant has blamed the driver who crashed into her, saying that he had been negligent in looking out for other vehicles and had failed to avoid causing the collision. She has also blamed his passenger who owned the car and had given the man permission to drive it despite not having a licence.
She hopes to receive enough car accident compensation to cover medical expenses, loss of income and any future loss of earnings caused as a result of the accident.
