Personal injury newsWoman could claim whiplash compensation for crashA woman involved in a road accident earlier this month may consider making a whiplash compensation claim for the personal injuries that she sustained in the crash. The 50-year-old casualty was lucky to escape without suffering serious personal injuries when a vehicle collided with her car on the 5th October in Harlow. The road accident occurred on the junction between Harlow Common Road and Mill Road at around 3pm and did not involve any other vehicles. Emergency services were called to the scene of the car crash thinking they would have to cut the woman from the wreckage but managed to successfully free her without using the specialist equipment. She was taken to Princess Alexandra Hospital and treated for a minor neck injury. In the future, the woman may consider contacting a personal injury solicitor to make a whiplash compensation claim for the injuries she suffered in the accident.
