Accident claim newsSolicitors could help female driver make whiplash claimA woman may be in a position to make a whiplash claim after she was involved in a serious crash with a school bus. The road traffic accident happened on 7th February on London Road, Halesworth, Suffolk, as an empty school bus travelled to collect a number of pupils to take them to Halesworth Middle School. Emergency services were called to the scene of the vehicle accident at around 8.10am and firefighters closed the road in order to free the female driver from her vehicle. The woman was taken to James Paget Hospital suffering from neck injuries but her condition has not been described as critical. The bus driver escaped the crash without sustaining any serious personal injuries. Richard Nicolas, headteacher of Halesworth Middle School, said, "There was an incident but no children were involved. Another bus was sent out to pick up the children." In the future, the female motorist may decide to instruct a personal injury solicitor and make a whiplash claim for her car accident injuries.
