08/04/2009 Car crash neck injury claim settled for "four-figure sum"
A 26-year-old man from East London has received a of whiplash compensation settlement after being involved in a collision in the capital in February of 2008.
The advertising creative professional had been travelling from his home in Bethnal Green to a Manchester United football game when he was rear-shunted shortly before leaving London.
He said that although his injury "didn't seem too bad at first", it soon became clear that significant amounts of neck pain and discomfort made claiming whiplash compensation a necessity.
With this in mind he contacted a prominent nationwide firm of online no win, no fee solicitors in order to make his car crash claim.
Although the claimant's local newspaper did not disclose the exact amount of whiplash compensation awarded him under the terms of his settlement, it did estimate that it was a "four-figure sum".
