South London woman secures car accident compensation
A 32-year-old accountant from South London has been awarded a settlement of whiplash compensation for a rear-end collision in which she sustained the neck injury.
The claimant had been driving near the iconic Elephant and Castle shopping centre when her Volkswagen Polo was rear-ended by a Land Rover 4WD.
Although she did not notice any symptoms until the day after the accident, the injury resulted in the 32-year-old having to take time off work; she was diagnosed with whiplash later that week.
The solicitor who represented the woman's whiplash claim did so on a no-win no-fee basis and managed to secure a car accident compensation deal in out-of-court negotiations with the liable insurance company.
