The injured man had been returning by motorbike from his place of employment when he was struck by a car that was turning right out of an intersection.
The 28-year-old driver of the car has already faced prosecution for the traffic accident, during which she received a £100 fine and the 12-month suspension of her driver's license.
The motorcycle accident claim will seek to recover 100 percent compensation for the man's injuries, which include a broken back, kidney failure, a broken collarbone and a broken shoulder blade. Even now, he is still in hospital. He has been told that he will never walk again.
