Injury compensation newsMother seeks car accident compensation for school bus crashA mother whose child was involved in a school bus crash has expressed her unhappiness at the lack of car accident compensation that has been received. Children from Walney School, Cumbria, were lucky to escape serious personal injuries when their school bus crashed on a day trip out. Following the road accident, children were treated to a free football match courtesy of Barrow AFC on the 7th October. But one mother is upset that parents haven't received adequate car accident compensation for the crash. She said that adults who accompanied their children to the football match had to pay £5 and were still waiting to be refunded £22 for the trip that should have taken place on the day of the accident. School headteacher, Alan Dickenson, has said that all compensation claims are being dealt with and described the football match as "a very generous offer."
