Personal injury newsCar accident compensation may be sought after a driving instructor was seriously injured when her Ford Fiesta, with a young girl behind the wheel, was in collision with a Ford Ka. The road accident on the A18 Barton Street, west of Grimsby, was at a spot described by parish councillors as extremely dangerous. The 51-year-old driving instructor was being treated at Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital, Grimsby, for head, leg and pelvic injuries while the 17-year-old learner driver, who she was supervising, also suffered personal injury. Serious internal injuries were also suffered by the other car driver in the collision. Once police have completed investigations into liability for the crash, one or more of the victims may be able to make a car accident compensation claim.
