The managing director of a firm has been forced to pay out car accident compensation after crashing into a BMW with such force that it was knocked up into the air and rolled over four times.
According to reports the 48-year-old who caused the collision went over and verbally abused the other driver who was trapped in the vehicle, blaming him for the crash.
Despite the severity of the collision, fortunately the victim escaped with only minor personal injuries and whiplash.
The man was later arrested but denied driving at the time of the accident and instead claimed that he had been a passenger, despite photographic evidence which proved otherwise.
He appeared at Mold Crown Court in Flintshire where he was described as an extremely dangerous driver by the judge. He was jailed for 14 months and banned from driving for six years after he admitted dangerous driving and disqualified driving. He was also ordered to pay £510 costs and £600 in car accident compensation.
