Compensation for neck and facial injuries
A 44-year-old man who suffered neck and facial injuries in a Doncaster car accident has won compensation for his injuries.
And, although the four-figure car accident settlement falls below the sum the claimant hoped to receive, he expressed satisfaction that the matter has been resolved.
"It was never about making money," the welder said. "It set me back in a big way - I had to work half-days throughout all of the winter. I simply wanted to be compensated for my lost earnings."
He also expressed "massive relief" that his no win, no fee solicitor did not have to take the car accident claim to court; instead, it was settled in negotiations with the insurers of the other motorist.
