A 21-year-old man from Cambridgeshire is hoping to receive more than £300,000 in car accident compensation for an accident that left him with severe spinal and facial injuries.
The car accident compensation claim relates to an incident which took place in 2004. The car accident compensation claimant, 18 at the time, was travelling as a front seat passenger in the car of a friend when an oncoming Peugeot collided with their vehicle.
Tragically, the driver of the Peugeot did not survive the collision.
His car accident compensation writ details how, since the accident, the young man has been left with reduced feeling in his left leg, bowel and bladder difficulties and an acutely painful spine.
