Injury compensation newsBrandy faces car accident compensation claimR&B diva Brandy has been hit with a $50 million car accident compensation claim after being involved in a fatal crash. The American singer was recently told by Los Angeles prosecutors that she could face charges of manslaughter for her part in an accident that killed 38-year-old waitress, Awatif Aboudehaj. Brandy, 38, was driving her Land Rover on December 30th 2006 when she drove into the rear end of Ms Aboudehaj's car. Brandy escaped the crash without suffering any serious personal injuries. The family of Ms Aboudehaj contacted personal injury solicitor Lofty Mrich following the car crash and made a car accident claim for $50 million. Mr Mrich said, "I don't think any amount of money that can be given to them will compensate them for such a loss. "Be it Brandy Norwood or someone else, the plaintiffs will seek the amount of damages that they believe is fair." The car accident claim continues.
