A teenage girl seriously injured in a car crash may make a car accident claim after the collision has left her with spinal injuries.
The 18-year-old from Keighley Avenue, Colne, fractured her spine and suffered internal injuries in the traffic collision in Walton Lane last Monday (22nd February).
The teenager was a passenger in a blue Peugeot 106 when it collided with a black Skoda Roomster.
The driver of the car suffered whiplash and a knee injury in the traffic collision.
A police spokesperson said, "We are still investigating this accident and will be speaking to everyone involved soon."
Once it has been established who was at fault for the accident, the teenager may be able to make a car accident compensation claim for her personal injuries.
