It has recently emerged that the owner of a vehicle which was hit by Britney Spear's Mercedes Benz as she tried to park outside a health-food store may seek car accident compensation.
Fortunately, the issue of personal injury compensation need not arise as the damaged vehicle was empty at the time of the crash and Ms Spears appeared to be fine. Yet a car accident compensation claim may still materialise as the vehicle hit by Spear's was reportedly left scratched and dented.
On inspecting the damage to the other vehicle, perhaps with a view to any future car accident compensation claim, Ms Spears joked with attendant paparazzi, "I'm a brainiac but it's not that bad."
