Hollywood actor Orlando Bloom has told a chat show how he feels lucky to be alive following a car accident he was involved in last month.
The 30-year-old Lord of the Rings and Pirates of the Caribbean star was talking to US chat show god Larry King when he touched on the subject of October's Los Angeles smash.
The car crash in question saw Bloom hit a parked car as he attempted to drive away from members of the paparazzi after emerging from a nightclub. He was unhurt in the incident but one of his passengers suffered suspected whiplash and another received cuts and bruises.
Talking to King about the road traffic accident, heartthrob Bloom said: "It wasn't a very pleasant situation. But yeah, it is all being resolved. And thankfully, you know, everyone involved is safe and making a swift recovery. The police and emergency services came remarkably quickly; we were very lucky. Very lucky indeed."
