Relief after compensation settlement

A woman from New Hampshire in the USA has won a personal injury compensation payout after successfully making a motorcycle accident claim.

The motorcycle accident claim related to crash which occurred in 2006 as she was riding through the city of Keene in New Hampshire.

A Ford people carrier overtaking dense traffic failed to see the woman who was travelling on her late model Kawasaki. The Ford then hit the rider's motorbike, with the impact seeing the woman travel five metres across the road.

It is understood that, perhaps on account of the number of witnesses to the incident, the Ford driver's insurers did not contest liability for the motorcycle accident claim.

According to her no win, no fee solicitor, the 22-year-old woman who sustained arm, leg, chest and neck injuries in the road crash is still making rehabilitative steps but is delighted to have reached an out-of-court settlement for the motorcycle accident compensation claim without having to make recourse to the courts.
