Evel Knievel loses fight for life

Evel Knievel, legendary stuntman and survivor of numerous motorcycle accidents, has died at the age of 69.

Evel, real name Robert Craig Knievel, passed away after a three-year fight against pulmonary fibrosis and is being mourned by motorbike enthusiasts and stunt aficionados everywhere.

He made his name by performing a series of death-defying stunts throughout the 1960s and 70s and became a cult figure in all corners of the world.

Attempting seemingly impossible stunts such as jumps over canyons, multiple London buses and the Caesar Palace fountains, he was involved in numerous motorcycle accidents and suffered extensive personal injuries.

But Evel Knievel was a fighter, as demonstrated by his recent battle with his incurable lung disease, and continued to indulge his fans by pushing the boundaries of stunt motorcycling yet further and further.

BP365, the motorcycle accident compensation claim experts, would like to express their sincere condolences to Evel Knievel's family.
