A 29-year-old man from Lancashire is making a motorcycle accident claim for more than £300,000 injury compensation after severely breaking his leg when his Suzuki bike snapped in two during a practice session for the prestigious Isle of Man race.
No win, no fee solicitors representing the motorcycle accident claim are seeking liability from Suzuki, claiming that the manufacturer provided the amateur racer with a defective frame.
The motorcycle accident claim writ served before the High Court by the man's legal team states, "(He) was on his first lap of the circuit and passed the eight-mile mark from the start line. "He went into a right hand bend. Suddenly without warning he felt the motorbike drop down and away from him. "[He] had not skidded or collided with anything. [He] lost control and became unseated. The motorbike span and collided with a stone wall on the left hand side of the circuit."
