Tetraplegic seeks damages

A man from Norwich is making a motorcycle compensation claim of more than £300,000 for a December 2003 crash which left him with severe spinal cord damage.

The motorcycle compensation claim writ served by the 63-year-old man's personal injury solicitor details how he is seeking damages for losses, expenses and personal injuries caused by the defendant's 'negligent driving'.

Much of the motorcycle compensation claim will focus on the man's need for ongoing care as the spinal cord damage he suffered in the accident has left him with virtually no feeling or movement below the shoulder, a condition know as tetraplegia.

The firm of personal injury solicitors representing the Norwich man hope that reports the defendant admitted liability for the crash as far back as 2004 will prove crucial to the motorcycle compensation claim.
