Rock star Seger named in no win, no fee action

Rock star Bob Seger has been named in the motorcycle accident claim writ of a man who suffered serious injuries in a collision that occurred in Oxford during August of last year.

No win, no fee lawyers representing the motorcycle accident claim allege that Bob Seger bassist Christopher Campbell was driving a car belonging to Seger when his negligence led him to collide with a motorbike.

The writ states that the claimant has "not been able to return to work since the accident and his hand is twisted pretty bad, kind of into a claw."

According to the motorcycle accident claim the rider suffered injuries to his head, neck, back, arms, wrists and hands.

Personal injury compensation of at least £10,000 is being sought.
