Norwich biker wins compensation

A 29-year-old motorcyclist from Norfolk who suffered multiple personal injuries after being hit by a car as it turned into the car park of a busy supermarket has successfully made a motorcycle accident claim.

Fundamental to the successful outcome of his motorcycle accident claim were the statements of several witnesses who saw the Lexus which hit him turn into the car park without appearing to look. The driver of the Lexus was a Chinese national living in the UK on a working-visa.

The personal injury solicitor who represented him described the injury compensation payout the Norwich-born man received under the terms of his motorcycle accident claim as, "A fair and just outcome commensurate with level of pain and suffering my client has endured."

Damages awarded under the motorcycle accident claim include amounts for arm injuries, shoulder injuries and loss of earnings.

Media report that the total amount of compensation awarded for the motorcycle accident claim is £13,270.
