Do I need to come to your office for meetings?

Will I have to go to court?
This is extremely unlikely. In fact, current practice is such that both the representatives of the person making the claim, and the defendant, are actively encouraged to settle a claim outside of the courtroom. If however your particular circumstances mean that itís in your best interests to attend court to resolve your case, your personal injury solicitor will tell you, and explain why, as well as explaining everything you'll need to know about the day itself.

I have recovered from my injuries – can I still claim?
